UNW-DPC, the German Commission for UNESCO and the Geman IHP/HWRP National Committee are jointly organizing training programmes for decision makers from the Middle East and North Africa on Integrated Water Resources Management. The Training Programme addresses decision makers with a relevant university education, which at the time did not cover policy instruments such as IWRM. Thus, the Training Programme deals with topics such as network, teamrole and project management and multi-stakeholder cooperation.
